Collection: Abounding

I AM ABOUNDING - 2 Corinthians 9:8

"And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others."

DEVOTIONAL

When we hear the word abounding, we often think of overflowing, limitless abundance. But in God’s Kingdom, abounding isn’t just about receiving blessings—it’s about walking in them and using them for His glory.

God’s plan isn’t for us to live in scarcity—of faith, of resources, or of purpose. Instead, He promises to equip us, strengthen us, and fill us with more than enough so we can pour into others. This means abounding in grace, wisdom, generosity, love, and faith—not just for our own benefit, but for the people He’s called us to impact.

Proverbs 11:25 says, "A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed." The more we trust in God’s provision and step into His abundance, the more we can freely give, serve, and love without fear of running empty.

Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 15:58, "Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain." When we abound in God’s work, we’re not just going through the motions—we’re sowing into something eternal.

So today, ask yourself: Am I living in the fullness of what God has for me, or am I holding back?
