I AM HUMBLE - Philippians 2:3
"Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves."
DEVOTIONAL
The world often associates humility with weakness, but in God’s kingdom, humility is a position of strength and surrender. To be humble means to recognize that everything we have—our talents, opportunities, and even our breath—comes from God. It is not thinking less of yourself, but thinking of yourself less, choosing to put God and others above personal gain.
Jesus, the ultimate example of humility, left heaven’s glory to walk among us. Philippians 2:8 says, “And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to death—even death on a cross!” His humility led to His exaltation, showing us that when we surrender to God’s will, He lifts us up in ways we never imagined.
True humility doesn’t mean denying your worth—it means knowing your worth comes from God. When you walk in humility, God’s grace flows freely in your life, and He will exalt you in due time.
Stay humble, stay faithful, and watch how He moves on your behalf!
