Boldness isn’t about being loud or fearless—it’s about standing firm in faith, even when fear tries to creep in. As a follower of Christ, you are called to walk in boldness, not in timidity. Boldness is knowing who you are in God and moving forward in faith, even when the world tries to silence you.
Acts 4:29 shows us a powerful example of boldness: "Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness." The early church faced persecution, opposition, and danger, yet they prayed for boldness to continue spreading the Gospel. Their boldness wasn’t self-made—it was empowered by the Holy Spirit.
2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, "For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline." Boldness isn’t about relying on your own strength—it’s about trusting in the power of God within you.
So today, ask yourself: What is holding me back from living boldly for Christ?
Whether it’s sharing your faith, pursuing a God-given dream, or standing firm in truth, know this: God has already given you everything you need to walk in boldness.
