I AM ANOINTED - 1 John 2:20
"But you are not like that, for the Holy One has given you his Spirit, and all of you know the truth."

2 Corinthians 1:21-22 says "Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set His seal of ownership on us, and put His Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come."
To be anointed means to be set apart, chosen, and empowered by God for a divine purpose. In the Old Testament, anointing was a sacred act—prophets, priests, and kings were anointed with oil as a sign of God’s calling and favor upon their lives. But through Jesus, we are all anointed with the Holy Spirit, marked as His, and equipped for every good work.
Isaiah 61:1 declares, "The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor." This same anointing rests on you—not just pastors, leaders, or influencers, but every believer. You have been called to make an impact, to walk in authority, and to fulfill the purpose God has placed within you.
1 John 2:20 reminds us, "But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth." The enemy will try to make you doubt your calling, but the anointing of God is not based on feelings—it’s based on His divine choice. If He called you, He has also equipped you.
Today, step boldly into your anointing. Walk in confidence, knowing that God has already given you everything you need to fulfill His plan.

1️⃣ Do you fully believe that you are anointed and set apart by God? Why or why not?
2️⃣ How can you use your God-given anointing to serve and impact others?
3️⃣ What fears or doubts do you need to surrender to step fully into your anointing?
Challenge:
Spend five minutes in prayer today, asking God to reveal how He wants you to walk in your anointing. Declare out loud: "I am anointed, chosen, and equipped for God's purpose."
